Pet Image Guidelines:

The most important part of your order, crucial to the quality of the final pet embroidery, is the quality of the image you upload. Please follow the guidelines:

1.      Take a photo or choose an existing photo that is taken in daylight or in a brightly lit room.

2.      Use a smartphone or high-quality camera

3.      Ensure the whole face & neck is visible and not in shadows.

4.      Good lighting without filters to ensure we correctly capture your pet's coloring.

5.      Make sure your pet is looking directly at the camera at eye level, facing forward. sitting or standing and looking towards the camera.

Due to the special process of sequin punch press, we currently only offer one font style for both uppercase and lowercase letters. 

Customized products may require communication, so please leave your phone number and email. 

Each Pet image requires to create a separate template, which will require communication and result in a longer production timeline.

RETURNS

No returns are accepted for personalized items; however, we would be happy to accept return for up to 30 days of the original shipping date, provided that the item is: 1) not personalized and 2) in new, unused, unwashed condition. If we make a mistake in shipping or personalizing your order, we will fix it at no cost to you. *No personalized items can be returned, so please be sure to double check an order before you place it. *
